Your answer is extremely vague and unhelpful. You are literally not doing your job and are not trying to help. Instead you are being ignorant in the best traditions of mojang. I demand this report getting reopened.

This achievement and its date are suggesting that I have completed the challenge on time.

Your solution is not legitimate, since many people, that didn’t get their copper capes, did indeed contact mojang support and they didn’t help them at all. I demand this report to be opened again!

In this recording, I’m trying to move around by the way, but can’t, because I’m stuck for whatever reason.

As you can see in the video, when I start rotating, the screen starts tearing a lot. I’m not sure how to exactly reproduce the issue, but I can say this: it is exclusive to mobile devices, it appears randomly, for seemingly no reason, and the only fix is to close and reopen the game.

In the video, you can hear me clicking different in game buttons, but the loading screen is stuck, so it’s impossible to progress. The only solution is to close the game all together. Also, as you can see in the video, that happened to me when I paid a visit to the Hive server, but that also happened to me on SoulSteel and the issue is not exclusive to only servers. The issue is also present in singleplayer.

Update – apparently, now the same issue can also happen to the statistics section.

Same issue here. The game is quite literally unplayable because of all the crazy lag. Even menu is laggy.
