Mojang Banner can not be Crafted

Using an enchanted apple and a banner, the Mojang symbol cannot be crafted on a banner.

I tried in both survival and creative.

(This is occurring on a synced world)

You have to specify the color of the Mojang logo on the banner by putting a color item (bone meal, ink sac, etc.) next to it in the crafting grid.

I did all of them. I tried with different colors, different banners, different patterns, everything. I even tried in creative mode. I swapped out different types of golden apples, unique patterns, nothing worked.

I created a brand-new world in creative, and the banners didn't work.

Did this happen after visiting an external server?

No, I just played the world that I converted from Xbox One locally on my console. In survival mode, I could not craft the banner.

I created a new world in creative mode, and tried to craft the banner; it also did not work. @Mega_Spud

Thanks for the extra info. Are you trying to create the banner with an enchanted apple newly crafted from an apple and gold blocks?

Yes, believe me ive tried everything... every combination... new banners, plain golden apples, everything.. Ill try to get some pictures of it, but every crafting combination just shows blank in the output slot.

Confirmed for 1.2.8 - the 'Mojang' logo banner cannot be crafted with enchanted apples that have been crafted manually, but please bear in mind it is likely that might be intentional/won't fix as enchanted apples are not supposed to be crafted currently (see MCPE-28472).

The banners can be made if the enchanted apple is not crafted manually.

Edit - that is aside from the issue with converted items not working correctly, which is lined up for a fix in a future update.

Reopened - this was fixed in the 1.2.10.1 BETA, but the fix wasn't included in 1.2.10.2.
