When downloading any Marketplace content on Minecraft PS5 (add-ons, texture packs, worlds, or extensions), the download does not progress and stays stuck at 0.00 MB indefinitely.
The base game launches correctly, online features work, and other games download normally on the console. The issue only affects Minecraft Marketplace content.
I have tried the following without success:
Restarting the game and the PS5
Reinstalling Minecraft
Rebuilding the PS5 database
Logging out and back into the Microsoft account
Changing network (Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot)
Waiting extended periods of time
The issue occurs with both free and paid content. It appears to be a Marketplace or Microsoft account synchronization issue specific to the PS5 version.

I have had this same issue on Xbox x/s. I can’t play any of my worlds with add-ons or texture packs.
This also appears to be affecting skin packs. Packs noted so far:
Legacy Skin Pack
Strangers: Biome Settlers 3
Skin Pack 1 - Classic
When trying to access skins of owned Legacy Skin Packs in the Minecraft store, all included skins no longer appear and a loading spiral appears indefinitely. The skin pack details 1 skin available when there should be multiple.
