[MCPE-235440] SkinPacks Load Indefintely Even though I own them, they are unequipable and Unusable.

I got these 2 packs for free back in 2021 I just wanna be able to Equip the Legacy Skins and my Capes pack on my Switch.

I know they might be delisted and may have lost contact with the licensing servers, however I would like to access my beloved content, I would like if an perform "Entitlement Refresh"

would be performed on my Microsoft account.
