As the title says, I bought a few addons and they stay at 0.00 of their download size. The bar never moves, I sat for five minutes trying to download Biomes O Plenty with no such luck.
Note: This is with ANY addon.
I bought them on my Series S, and switched to my boyfriend's X for better Vibrant Visual render distance. Only for them to not ever download, and the game seems to completely forget I have played it on the console. Example, text to speech always greets me despite having turned it off already. I am unsure if this is related to the issue. It constantly wants me to sync my data, despite always telling me it cannot save anymore data on my device. Do note that this does not effect anything in terms of saving data, it just does this frequently for not apparent reason.
Before I get the generic answer on what to do, please know that I have:
Restarted the console
Uninstalled and downloaded Minecraft three times
Cleared my Marketplace Cache
Followed several online recommendations from others who have experienced this issue
I suppose for now I will live without Vibrant Visuals, but it is quite frustrating. I bought these addons, and I cannot use them as I would like.

Perhaps fixing the website to be able to find duplicates easier would be nice. For example, making so that scrolling actually works?
Additionally, I have done everything in that “duplicate” post. Which is why I raised the issue myself, because the answer did not fix the issue. Flagging this as a duplicate without responding, despite my post being more detailed, is quite frustrating.
It is unclear whether this is a typo; however, no add-ons are required to use Vibrant Visuals. Go to Main Menu > Settings > Video, open the Graphics Mode dropdown menu, and select Vibrant Visuals.
