How to reproduce:
1: Make a new creative world with command execution allowed
2: Set a conduit using /setblock ~ ~ ~ conduit
3: ❌ The conduit that’s placed is waterlogged, potentially destroying nearby water-sensitive blocks without warning (doesn’t fit the “if something goes wrong, it should be the player’s fault”-policy and is extremely annoying).
Expected result: Conduit gets placed with waterlogged=false
