Yes, i can confirm this
I tried it out, it is only visual, the options get disabled while the world is loading
Also happens when breaking white oak leaves, it displays the particles of normal oak leaves
I was not be able to reproduce it yet
But probably because i clicked "Okay" which made it not appearing anymore
But I remember a few things that i did before it happend:
I created a world preset
Then I changed my mind and exited, and after I exited to the world selection screen, I think I pressed triangle and it happend
Maybe I also pressed it directly while pressing O to exit
Honestly, I don´t know more currently
But if I find more out about this bug, then I'll get back
I´m now trying to reproduce the issue
If i can, i attach a video clip and say what buttons I pressed

Can confirm, nearly died in my survival world due to this and my spawn point was 17500 blocks away
I hope this gets fixed before Hardcore Mode comes to the Bedrock Edition full release
