I have the problem as well. if you run into a block it helps. I am saying this so we can wait for the update.
That is only if your in creative. they try to prevent cheating for achievement reasons.
I have a fix for it you have to put your mouse to the tip top of your screen when on Minecraft windows 10 and the minimize, shrink, and exit bar will pop up. once it does click the shrink button, and it will put it in windowed. Sadly they just threw out the full screen option without actually working it. but if your not able to fix it I will gladly show you on skype or some video.
