It happens in 16 pre 4, I discovered it and wanted to check if it's been reported.

It's a little bit smilar to https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-128257
but not the same, I told this bug about swimming on the top of the water and also by jumping out of the water while swimming with space, and you also can't dive while doing that.
But yes, I reported also about the animation bug that isn't realy fixed, I will remove the animation bug paragrph from my report, I didn't saw that these are 2 different bugs, sorry
