i have a similar bug.
my minecraft for Windows 10 was still 1.17.10005.0
so,i had to update to 1.18.0.20 manually.(use mc-w10-version-launcher)
i want to download all free dlcs(except rtx).
maybe, i'll find free dlc which i have never downloaded before in marketplace.
from screenshots, sort type is low to high.
tried list:
1.restart windows10 or 11
2.delete LocalState\premium_cache folder
Internal version 1.17.10005.0 is Non-existent version?(initially,if 1.17.10,Internal version 1.17.1004.0?)
