MCL-21719 My minecraft windows edition will not download, it either starts, then says error, or the "install" button turns into a grayish "play" button that i cannot press. Duplicate

this is the exact same issue im having, and i still do not have a clue as to what is up with this issue. ive tried almost everything and its still saying "error" then i just gave up trying to fix it.
