That issue is another old one, this is one specifically with double piston extenders after the version 1.18.2 because it breaks many of these kinds of piston doors. This is a new issue as every version before exactly 1.18.2 doesn’t suffer this

for the structure, the bottom two pistons should both be sticky pistons, the 3rd piston is not needed for this to work but it can be placed as a regular or sticky piston

The bug tracker only allows me to type in 1.19 as a version, but this is also bugged on version 1.18.2. However, 1.18, 1.18.1, and 1.17.1 are not broken

there should be a tick mark you can check if you want autoscroll or not

also for the affect versions i couldn't put 1.7.2 and below so i just put 1.11.2

i will remake it

and i found no bugs on the page for this

also my game didnt crash my pick block just doesnt work
