no it wasnt wearing my armor or holding my weapon.
Its was in a hole I made for a base and killed me and when i came back ( took 10 seconds ) The same zombie was still their and not my loot, So i killed it and it didnt drop any of my loot just drop a iron shovel
This happen to me just leave the program and delete the game and reinstall it
