The point is that Wooden Buttons SHOULD have a tool, like pressure plates. I understand why levers and pistons don't, because they are made from both wood and stone, but since Wooden Buttons are (obviously) made completely out of wood, they should have a dedicated tool. I consider this bug to be similar to MC-51655: "Ladders don't break faster with an axe".

Teleporting animals never had sounds. Ender pearl teleportation just plays the fall damage sound (because obvious).
