im flipping, the launcher wont LAUNCH, like, it doesnt even crash or open minecraft

Also why is this marked resolved? the problem has been found but no solution
occasionally i play on lan and try to change the gamemode to creative on the 'open to lan' screen but it doesn't work so i just enable cheats and change my gamemode
