You can get up to two dragon eggs in Bedrock, so its not a bug unless you get a dragon egg the third time also

Breaking pumpkins from my farm, (maybe exit the world), try trading pumkin.
You're talking about "enchanting" as an adjective but its also a verb similar to crafting (as in crafting table) or smithing (as in smithing table).
Its also an issue of consistency and pattern, isn't it?
