Sorry I'm not super good at this stuff so I'm not sure how to do that, do I just go to my Minecraft saves file and drag the world folder to the attachments? Because it seems to not be able to upload everything?
Little update: I broke the glass and slabs in the corner to see what the axolotls would do, they started moving normally but after some time they went back to the corner... the mob staying still has also been going on with the bees around my base as well they'll only move if I nudge them, even if it's raining or night.
