Added another, Daniel. The zombie was not attacking me, it's just something before the zombie was. And I added another picture to prove that the zombie is not attacking.
It's not random, the mob keeps looking back at you
The picture is of a spider looking at me, but not attacking.

I think this must be solved. I had a level 100 Thorns on a flatworld also and it didn't affect slimes.
But you put the coal in after you make it
I'm not trying to make it a feature request I'm just saying it would make sense so I think it might be a bug
I've added another screenshot. I duplicated it by getting on the pig, pressing F5 twice, then getting off the pig and my hand looks like that.
Ahh, crap I just searched "lines" and my issue came up, may as well resolve this as duplicate already, mods.
