MC-36814 I cannot smelt charcoal from new wood types(dark Oak, Acacia). All other tickets say 1.7 version and many say fixed in 1.7.1. It does not work in 1.7.1 either. My appologies if this is another duplicate.. Duplicate

It was indeed a server issue. Server was restarted and smelting worked.

I never thought to check single player mode. It works there. It must be an issue with my friends server. I will discuss it with him.

Every one of these I find says resolved. All the ones from 1.7 pre-release say fixed in 1.7.1 but it is not. I am in 1.7.1 right now and cannot smelt dark oak into charcoal.
