The command is the same one Jeb used in his picture:

/give @p 276 1 0 {display:{Name:"Edward";Lore:["Edward made this.";"It's not your fault."]};ench:[0:{id:16;lvl:2}]}

The command block thinks it says at the end ench:[0:{id:16;lvl:2}]]

Another bug similar, the item textures break when you change texture pack in-game.
I added a screenshot to this post as an example.

Ah. Oops.

I was on peacefu mode, and the bats/golems were in a glass container.
It happened with squids too.
