1. im played in windowed but this bug exists in fulscreen also
2. its latest version of mcbe, 1.16.1
3. no, its not my texture pack or mouse, this bug still exists without any pack, i used my cheap home logitech mouse, i have no problems with it at all, in java all works fine
I am played always in fullscreen mode, dont checked if its work in windowed mode also.
When i am using pc i am always use (e) key to open and close inventory, not checked with mouse or using (Esc), but with (E) key all works fine, inventory opens and close without problem.
Im tryed with Esperanza mouse, dont know the exact model, common cheap mouse, also checked with other cheap mouse, Logitech common mouse for offices.

Yea, its a BIG problem for all versions, i am playing on russian and not only translations different from java, but also java have a normal font for russian lang.
I want to make that players will see custom item textures but also will be able to play with own texture packs. Forcing resource packs just disable users resource packs, why? A lot of players want to play with own packs, not with default textures only.

yep, i used beta hider pack
it should, but only in third person mode, in first person it should stay at normal color.

im also having this issue on my pc, its so annoying, i should close and open my inventory to use items. Im also dont know how it works.
They aren't flashing, they're blinking like in java edition, but at very high speed, so bedrock have hotbar animations, but they're broken and played too fast.
