Wow, very professional. I explained myself perfectly fine. As of putting a ticket in the wrong category, well I couldn't find the category that fit my issue. Maybe if you create a category called "test user reported bugs/errors" and be professional when replying to your users. I'm new to reporting bugs to minecraft. However, I'm not new to information Technology and If you responded in that manner to a user where I work, you wouldn't last long. I fixed the problem myself. It ended up being a mod pack that actually caused the problem. Next time try not to be rude to your users. Case closed by me. Thank you.
This is not resolved. It is not a duplicate of another case, it is of its own nature. It worked fine on Pre-release 1 and version 14.0 It became a problem on release 2. Also, as a beta tester if I find a error having the bot say not to report a bug due to the fact we do not have access to the release version is stupid. You report a bug on the pre-release version so its fixed for the release version. I can zip the server folder for you, and you can see it for yourself if you like. Please respond and let me know if you want me to upload a zip of my server folder.
I am having this exact problem after adding just one account to my realm. I successfully added one user, and from there on I get that exact message he got "count not invite the provided name". The user is TheShield930. 6/1/2019. Problem started on 5/30/2019. Still a issue.
Thanks.
