This also happens with pale oak trees on pale moss in the most recent update on ps4
Been having what I think is this happen in survival today. Even if I just double tap x to gently glide it will go partially into blocks and you start suffocating. This is on ps4 non preview

This happens to me a lot and it seems like it may be connected to the pick block thing because if something gets stuck if you press the pick block button on anything it fixes it. This is on ps4 minecraft.
This has happened a few times to me on ps4 (single player world) where I break my shulker box to pick it back up but nothing drops and its not in my inventory. Sometimes it will appear in my inventory after a long time or if I exit and re-enter the world.
Still happening with water on the latest ps4 update. Hopefully this gets fixed soon
