Thank you very much for helping me!) I opened Forge server and i have my own skin.I was so happy!)But then i changed online mod to "false" and i was very dissapointed:my skin was Alex model again =( Later i changed online mod to "true" and my real skin appeared.Is this special special system for minecraft servers?
