Why would you file this as a bug instead of going somewhere like Reddit and asking?
It runs the command but it does not teleport the mob
This is just lag on your end, not the servers end
Fvbico, first a zombie. It worked but it gave me the message, then I use toggle downfall and it gave the message and didn't work. Then I found out none of my command blocks were activating.
You can right click on the opposite side the bell where the wall is,
