The add on is any addon over 25 MB it happens with every addon I use that's over 20 mb. But a specific one I can say is https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/marketplace/pdp?id=5eddc134-bdf3-4a84-b7c5-ee0504402be9. But again it happens with any and all add-ons over 20mb in size.

Bedrock in general. Any big addon doesn't allow joining when you require downloading of all packs to join 20-30 MB I'm size
