Whenever I launch any version of Minecraft Java using the launcher, it always crashes and gives me the same report.

No. I'm just using vanilla creative mode. It also applies when in survival.
EDIT: I actually forgot that I was using the Conduit Power.

I attached the data pack. I was customizing the Terracotta (not glazed) files in the minecraft folder.
I tested it in 18w31a, and it doesn't crash with or without the data pack.
The player arm animation only gets broken when I use the Conduit Power with this command: /effect give <username> minecraft:conduit power 100000 100 true.
