I’ve had this same problem and now it’s saying that another playstation network is using my Microsoft acc and it can’t sign in and I tried other accounts and it does the same thing

I will just contact my bank and have them dispute the transaction. Simple as that 

I'm aware that it's not a bug which is why I stated in my comment that it's like almost impossible to get in contact with a representative from Mojang company so I posted on here hoping that someone from there team would contact me. They take your money fast but make it hard to get a refund if your game doesn't work...
