But executing /kill is basically you saying "i want to die" and the game wont let you. In creative you shouldnt be able to die at all unless executed by the command, or the game is just slowing you down because you have to change to survival first
Seems fixed in 1.2.0.2.
When does it show the Mojang logo? I never see it, only thing Minecraft logo and even in the game files there is no Mojang logo for the splashscreen.
The splashscreen is it's own resource pack which is loaded first while the rest of the game loads up.

This is not a bug. It is a beta build so there is no full changelog for the 1.2 update yet

Changed my region to UK and it works...hmmm
Can confirm this, also when clicking the patch notes button it goes back to the settings page. Kindle Fire HD 8. It works on 1.0.6 somehow
