I can confirm the same problem plus the opposite happens, as in placing a chest on top of a hopper does absolutely nothing

Have you gotten the Enderman pearls yet?
I suggest saving your world ( no pun intended lol ).
As for those other bugs you have, I suggest restarting your device, and if that doesn't work it could be that your device is out of date, or with the latest version of the game it may not support your device anymore, just my thoughts.
Haven't witnessed any bug like that, what device are you using?

I just read it. that problem is about the detector rail, I'm talking about the chest cart, when opening the chest card and placing an item inside of it the game crashes
