I have this same issue, joining people who are on mobile using sparks pets, and the free furniture add on. I'm on SX. It stops downloading the packs halfway and boots me out. Some people have issues joining me when I'm using certain packs and require players to download them to join

I think I figured it out, the option to play with mobile data was Infact turned off
