This kinda relates or a duplicate to MCPE-172710
This is the reason why I reported it because of this too it's so annoying but thanks for reporting this too and I don't know why it didn't relates to my report (MCPE-166446)
Its fixed on normal boats on 1.20.10.23 but not fixed on boat with chests

The sneaking animation resouse pack codefixed is accurate except the head The Heads position should be "[ 0.0, -1.25, -0.55 ]" instead of "[ 0.0, -2.0, 0.0 ]" (I just playing around and edit the resouse pack and checked it properly if the codefixed resouse pack matches on java)

I just shooting the crossbow when i notice that the arrows freeze while i'm shooting so close to the block but when i pickup the arrows where i shot it the arrows disapear its like the arrows are not in there on the players perspective

Let's don't celebrate to early (read the changelog on beta/preview 1.19.20.24) go to the graphical changes and found it out
Extra background on the bug, it also occurs when i look on a different direction and go to any hud screen (e.g the inventory screen) and go back and swich back and scroll while playing normally.
