Ryan Russell I agree with you on this. Honestly, it's annoying having an animal constantly following me around, I'm always scared I'm going to hit them accidentally. Not only that, as far as I know, rabbits don't help out against mobs like wolves or cats do, so there's no point in having them follow you around, they'll just get killed. I agree that they don't have to sit, I just want to be able to keep them in one place. (Also, I'm the one who wrote the "Teleporting Rabbits" post, sorry about that. xD )
Same thing happened to me, and with my cobble walls as well.
