Double tap to crouch is an intended feature though they should add a slider in the settings to make it so you can not have to do this on some platforms you don't have to double tap

In the screenshot it looks like the chat is working since it shows that you saved the screenshot and I don't see a white screen all I see is the sun(which maybe was mistook as a window?).
