yea its because the dressing room checks the marketplace and the internet first before checking the device and what is saved on there so when youre offline it just cant access the skins you had, its annoying for people that cant have the internet going all the time
For me it's forcing me to update to 1.21.122 but the download just ends in a error and I can't play without this update
Yea I've also had a similar issue when I imported an add-on it would start the import and emediatly cancel it with the loading resource packs screen
The 1.20 update is really causing problems
I also have a similar issue with one world of mine won't download and just ends in a error screen
I think it would be fixed if the things you buy and import are saved on your device and the dressing room checks your device first and the internet second, it would also help with loading speeds, though thats in theory dont know for sure if it would actually work
