I hate this bug so many things keep getting censored
What I did
Go into world
Enable raytracing
Minimize Minecraft
Open windows settings
Enable game bar
Re-open Minecraft
After doing this, the lighting was gone. Everything was black except the luminescent text on signs. Disabling raytracing had everything back to normal.
I am using the Kelly's RTX resource pack for raytracing. It is not on the world resource packs, it is on my resource packs.
Upscaling is disabled, but now even with RTX on I can't turn upscaling on.
After leaving with RTX off, disabling Xbox game bar and Kelly’s RTX and going back in, I left, and when I went back in I re enabled Kelly’s RTX and then everything was normal again and I could turn on RTX and upscaling
