That's not a bug,That's intentional.It's beacuse the arrow's are alerady in your inventory [The creative menu]
This issue has happened several times to me on Minecraft too..I log on and spawn at my bed to look out on blackness..I walk on and boom suffocate in an invisible wall..please fix..thanks
