I have now learned that this is an issue that happens when you have Razor software of some kind. For me I had the '7.1 Surround Sound' installed. All I had to do was go into control panel, sound, pick the 7.1 Surround Sound, and turn sound modification in the advanced tab off and the audio is good again. Thank you for not helping 🙂
I take the other comment back. The sound is now repeating, not finishing, and switching from left to right ears (I'm using headphones). What in the world do I even do.
