You can see these videos . In this video steps are given .Thing you have to do is to sign in one device which you want to connect to multiplayer world. But not sign in on other device which has running world or which world you want to join

MCPE-43626 Is all about to send invites but for me, it totally different. When you try to join hotspot (non-data).It automatic left me from my friend world (by not sign in person) after some time. Also sometimes it's not connecting to the world which you want to play

No this is completely different. So the differences are-:
When you sign in to your microsoft account . You can't join multiplayer world as i have posted. Hotspot or LAN multiplayer doesn't work. Only internet or wi-Fi(with net ) works. Its just shows locating server for about one hour or somehow if it connected then it's automatic left me from my friend world.So basically I am saying my friend has not sign in and i have sign in.So i think it's reconnecting my account offline (without internet).
