I'm having the same issue. (I was level 60 then Illagers kept spawning and I couldn't cure myself) Drinking Milk won't cure the effects of starting more raids. In fact you can't really drink Milk. I was poisoned by a witch and I had to drink 2 buckets of milk for the effects to work. I tried drinking 4 buckets of milk to stop the raids from occurring and it kept happening. In addition the icon on the top right portion of the screen has become an emerald with a red banner beneath it?
