The mending enchantment does not consume current exp/levels, it only activates when you pick up experience.
I’m really stuck on trying to resolve this, i’m unable to find the file locations of the packs and don’t know how to add it? I’ve seen something about making a resource pack but i’m unsure as I can’t find any files under the resource packs area.
