Hoaniee, it's clearly a resource pack. The iron golem texture is non-Vanilla. Check your Minecraft-affiliated folders for foreign downloads
This is intended. Golden tools are the least durable tool type, have the fastest function times, and the least durability and power, equaling wooden in damage and mining capability, losing in durability, and winning in speed.
Select your Microsoft account in the top right, choose to view your Minecraft: Java Edition account, close the launcher, and load the launcher back up. It should successfully detect your account and allow you to play the game.
