Steps to reproduce:
Give yourself 9 Potions of harming 2
/gamemode survival
Drink every potion until you die
Go back to place where you killed yourself
Notice the total number of bottles (potions of harming 2 and empty bottles) has been decreased to 8
Your report doesn't contain enough information. Launcher logs would be helpful for mods and devs. Could you upload a file called launcher_log.txt? It is located in your minecraft folder.
Assuming you meant breaking progress not breaking bar, cause there is no breaking bar in the game.
Can replicate in vanilla singleplayer.
Windows 10.
It only happens in survival gamemode.
Can you upload a screenshot with f3 open?
Options -> Chat settings -> set Chat to Shown
Have you tried to enable all particles in the video settings?
Are you using software that adds virtual ethernet cards, (like VPN)?
