Do issues usually stay open for that long?
MC-144118 is coming up on 2 years. That seems like too long a time to wait for a response.
I am confused. It says Status : Resolved
I thought "Resolution : Awaiting Response" meant the user did not respond.
Does that still classify as an open issue?
