I am playing with no added gamerules or behaviour packs. All pieces of netherite armour are enchanted with protection IV, and have the following with it as well:

Netherite Helmet:

Aqua Affinity I

Respiration III

Unbreaking III

Mending I

Netherite Chestplate:

Unbreaking III

Mending I

Netherite Leggings:

Swift Sneak III

Unbreaking III

Mending I

Netherite Boots:

Depth Strider III

Feather Falling IV

Soul Speed III

Unbreaking III

Mending I

One more thing I forgot to mention is this bug also works with an elytra equipped instead of a chestplate.

the elytra is enchanted with; Unbreaking III and Mending I.
