Still affected on 1.13.1 and on 1.14.0 on Xbox 😞

I really hope this gets fixed! I like using custom skin packs on MC but they only show up when you log out and log in again 😞

By the way, I play with KB&M on Xbox because I have a mac, which doesn't support Bedrock edition yet and all of my friends play on Xbox / Windows 10 Edition.
