Video of the mob (Elder Guardian) being teleported back to the first portal instead of the correct one. Then he goes through the portal again and he is nowhere to be found in the nether. It’s still happening. I just lost full netherite armor + tools with my elytras. I’m glad someone made a bug report about this.
