im sorry but theres nothing they can do its not a bug
it happened to me on singleplayer once
same happened to me also switch 1.16.100 but i left and unloaded the chunks and they came back so try that
try looking for another stronghold
same as above but on nintendo switch and when the second player jumps for me its not jumping on the shulker box that makes it freeze its just someone else jumping anywhere
this happens to me i use it to kill my brother

dont shut off your pc without saving first
what difficulty were you on? they only convert them into zombie villagers on normal and hard
