I'm not sure if you'll be able to play the video or not and I'm not sure if it will do anything because I needed to compress it a lot to attach it.
This black screen bug is caused by sneaking and riding apparently through non-full blocks in third-person mode.
Yup. I’m dealing with this too. Very annoying.
