Step 1: Go to the settings app. Step 2: Turn wifi on and bluetooth off. Step 3: Make sure that all devices that will be used for multiplayer are on the same wifi. Step 4: The host must enter a saved world and allow others to join via the settings menu. Step 5: Connect all devices to the server. Step 6: YOU ARE COMPLETE!
